Phase 1 is the briefing.
The client explains the specifics, defines his goals and target group.
Finding the best tools and ways (on- and offline) to reach the target group and reach the goal defined.
In phase 3 the creative idea will be developed.
The last phase of the work is the finalisation. The creative idea will be applicated on the final product.
